n8n Automation is an internal tool operated by Digiworld Marketing for its own use.
With the owner's permission, the tool reads emails in selected Gmail labels (newsletters and Google Alerts) and reads and writes rows in our own Google Sheets.
Email content is used only to produce short summaries that are saved to our own spreadsheets. We do not sell, share or disclose Google user data to anyone. We do not use it for advertising.
Newsletter text may be sent to an AI model (Google Gemini) only to create the summaries. It is not used to train models by us.
Summaries are stored in our Google Sheets. Credentials are stored in our private n8n instance. You may ask us to delete stored data at any time.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
